Webinar: AI That Turns Weeks of Electrical Modeling into Hours

As part of AI Demo Days hosted by AI in AEC, Augmenta’s Co-Founder and CPO, Aaron Szymanski, joined Stjepan Mikulić for a walkthrough of how AI is being applied to electrical design and coordination workflows.

The session focused on common challenges faced by electrical contractors and BIM/VDC teams, including:

• Limited time to prepare models for coordination
• Manual effort required to route electrical systems in Revit
• Rework caused by design changes and coordination conflicts

During the walkthrough, Aaron demonstrated how Augmenta’s platform generates electrical raceway layouts based on project constraints and user-defined rules. The output is produced as native Revit elements, allowing teams to review, adjust, and continue working within their existing workflows.

The session also covered how teams are using this approach on active projects to move from initial model population into coordination more quickly.
