About the Role

We are hiring the first BDR at Augmenta — a unique opportunity to help build our outbound engine from the ground up while working directly with senior sales leadership on strategic, high-value opportunities.

This is not a “dial-for-dollars” role. You’ll have real input into messaging, account strategy, and go-to-market development while developing the skills to progress into an Account Executive or senior GTM position.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and map mid-market and enterprise electrical contractors across the U.S.
  • Own multi-channel outbound prospecting:
    1. Cold calls
    2. Email sequences
    3. LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including VDC leaders, operations executives, and technical decision makers
  • Build a BDR playbook and help create a larger team
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings that grow the pipeline and help shorten sales cycles
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and Account Executives to refine:
    1. Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
    2. Messaging and positioning
    3. Account strategies and playbooks
  • Provide feedback that shapes our outbound motion and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication skills — confident, articulate, and naturally curious
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision makers
  • Highly coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Interest in technology, construction, or the built environment
  • Construction / AEC industry familiarity is a strong plus
  • US and Canada applicants only
