Joyce has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry with both large enterprise and entrepreneurial experience. Starting in software development at IBM, she progressively broadened to senior product management and business development roles at Alias, Red Hat and Autodesk. These roles - and her naturally stubborn and pragmatic temperament - proved to be an excellent background for her ultimate happy place - building businesses as a COO.
Janczyn has a B. Sc. Honours Computer Science from the University of Manitoba and is co-author of a patent in compiler optimization.
