Mark Tepper is the VP of Sales at Augmenta, where he leads go-to-market strategy and drives revenue growth for innovative generative design solutions in the AEC industry.
He has built and scaled sales organizations at Qbiq, Metropolis, UpCity, Matterport, and HomeFinder.com—consistently developing high-performing teams, securing multimillion-dollar enterprise deals, and delivering triple-digit revenue growth. His leadership spans early-stage startups to established technology companies, with deep expertise in revenue generation, team building, and strategic partnerships. Mark also contributed to two successful IPOs, playing key roles at Matterport and iPIX.
Beyond technology, Mark is an entrepreneur and investor. He co-founded AB Soccer Tours, serves as a minority owner of Akademisk Boldklub Gladsaxe, a Danish professional soccer club, and leads MKT Consulting, advising Seed to Series A companies on scaling sales and raising capital.
He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
